Kendyll — Pet Concierge

Kendyll is the heartbeat of our boarding operation, helping oversee the day-to-day details that keep Custom Paws running smoothly. Her patience, compassion, and attention to detail help every pup feel safe, loved, and right at home.

Outside of work, Kendyll enjoys painting, drawing, photography, spending time with her corgi Dolly and cat Daisy, and attending motocross and supercross races.

Mikaela — Pet Stylist

Mikaela has more than 12 years of experience in animal care, beginning in veterinary medicine before discovering her passion for professional grooming. For the past three years, she has focused on grooming and especially enjoys giant breeds, including Bernese Mountain Dogs and German Shepherds, as well as creative grooming.

Outside of work, Mikaela enjoys spending time with her family and their many animals, traveling, gardening, cooking, and arts and crafts.

Jordan — Pet Concierge

Jordan has loved animals for as long as he can remember and has experience caring for everything from dogs to reptiles and small animals. His favorite part of working at Custom Paws is getting to know each pup’s unique personality and helping them feel comfortable and happy.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time with his pets, gaming, going on drives, and finding new adventures with his girlfriend.

Juleeanna — Pet Stylist

Juleeanna brings a gentle spirit, strong work ethic, and genuine love for animals to every grooming appointment. She especially enjoys working with senior pups and creating calm, comfortable experiences through patience, extra cuddles, and plenty of care.

Outside of Custom Paws, Juleeanna enjoys gaming, spending time with her animals, and relaxing with her boyfriend, son, and family.

Riley — Pet Stylist

Riley earned her Pet Stylist Certification from Nash Academy in 2024 and joined Custom Paws after a year and a half of mobile grooming. She loves helping dogs look and feel their best and has a special talent for building trust with anxious pups.

She especially enjoys Pit Bulls, Australian Shepherds, Australian Cattle Dogs, senior dogs, and the occasional rare breed. Outside the salon, Riley enjoys music, guitar, hiking, and spending time with her rescued pets.

Cassy — Pet Concierge

Cassy grew up around many different species, including dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, rabbits, and ferrets, which sparked her lifelong interest in animal behavior and care. She loves learning each pup’s individual personality, mannerisms, and play style—and taking the occasional goofy photo along the way.

Outside of Custom Paws, Cassy enjoys drawing, reading, writing, hiking, spending time with friends, and stargazing.
