Everything You Need for a Smooth Stay
Please review the following information before requesting your reservation.

All reservation requests are subject to availability and must be approved. Requests are generally approved or declined within 24–48 hours.
A 50% deposit is required when requesting a reservation. If we are fully booked and your pet is placed on the waitlist, the deposit will be automatically refunded.
Deposits are refundable when a reservation is cancelled at least five days before the scheduled stay. The remaining balance and any additional charges are due at pickup.

The following current vaccinations are required for boarding:
Rabies
DHPP
Bordetella
The canine influenza vaccine is recommended but not currently required. Vaccination records can be uploaded through your pet’s profile in the Custom Paws app.

Because increased activity may cause pets to burn more calories, we recommend packing approximately 20% more food per meal than your pet normally receives.
Please pre-portion each meal in an individual labeled bag or provide an appropriate measuring scoop. For multiple pets, label each container with the pet’s name or initials.
Food portioning service: $4 per day, per pet
House food and portioning: $10 per day, per pet
The house-food option includes daily meal preparation and Wholesomes dog food.
Personal belongings are brought at the owner’s discretion. Please leave valuable or meaningful blankets and toys at home. Custom Paws has plenty of toys available for supervised play and can provide approved items in your pet’s bedroom upon request.
Pets that must be separated during meals must also stay in separate bedrooms overnight. Please submit a separate reservation request for each pet. Multiple-pet discounts apply only when pets share the same bedroom.

Drop-off and pickup are available by appointment during business hours:
Monday–Saturday: 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Sunday: 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Boarding stays are calculated in 24-hour periods. Additional time may be charged as a half or full Doggy Day Stay.
Arriving more than one hour before the scheduled drop-off time may result in a $20 early drop-off or after-hours fee. Please contact us in advance whenever your arrival or pickup time changes.
