A complete bath, blow-dry, brush-out, and finishing service for routine coat maintenance.
Recommended every 4–18 weeks, depending on coat, shedding, and activity level. De-shedding available for heavy shedders.
Full-Body Groom
Includes complete grooming care, a sanitary trim, and a customized haircut based on coat, breed, comfort, and styling preference.
Recommended every 4–12 weeks to maintain coat health
Partial Groom
Ideal between full grooms or for fluffy, medium-, and long-coated breeds.
Recommended approximately every 4–16 weeks, depending on coat needs.
Puppy or Kitten Intro
A gentle first grooming experience that introduces young pets to the salon through breaks, treats, and positive reinforcement.
Recommended starting around 12 weeks old.

Bordetella is strongly recommended for pets who may use Custom Paws boarding or DayStay services in the future. Vaccination records can be uploaded to your pet’s profile in the Custom Paws app.

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled based on availability, and a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service may apply.
Grooming anxious, reactive, and special-needs pets requires adequate time, patience, and careful handling. Arriving on time allows us to provide every pet with the attention they deserve without delaying later appointments.
