Need to Know

When requesting a reservation it must be approved (based on availability).
Reservation requests are approved/denied within 24-48 hours, if you have an emergency or would like to book 'Same Day' please email CustomPaws502@gmail.com
If your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email, along with an invoice.
If your request is denied, we are booked for the date(s) selected, you will receive an email informing you.
50% deposit is required once reservation is approved, to be paid directly from the invoice.
Deposit is refundable with cancellation at minimum of 5 days prior to scheduled stay.
Remainder due on pick up date (additional charges may apply, see below).

If your fur babies need to be separated for meal time, they will need to reside in separate bedrooms for bedtime.
- Please request an appt for each pup in separate rooms.
- Pets only go to their bedrooms for meals and bedtime, (multi-pet discount only applies if residing in the same bedroom).

Please bring pre portioned food in individual baggies or with a measuring device, per meal or per day if they free feed. Food not pre portioned will have an additional charge
- $4.00 per day/ per pet for pre portioning
- $10.00 per day/ per pet (includes pre portioning fee and all meals per day, Wholesomes dog food)
- If you have multiple pets, please put the individual pets name or initials on each pre portioned baggie/container.
Vaccines REQUIRED for Boarding
- Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella!!! Flu shot recommended but not required.
2023 Drop off and Pick up times: During business hours by appointment only
Monday - Saturday 730am-6pm
Sunday 10am-3pm
- All stays are based on 24 hours, any additional time will be charged, as a half or full day Doggy Day-Stay
- If you drop off more than one hour earlier than your reservation "drop off time" an additional "drop off early fee" will be applied to your invoice of $20
- Please let us know in advance if any changes occur.
